SIM Card Manufacturing

Cardzgroup is an established manufacturer of SIM cards for mobile network operators across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and beyond. Our telecom-grade production facility is equipped with the latest SIM card manufacturing, personalization and quality testing equipment.

We produce full-size (1FF), mini (2FF), micro (3FF) and nano (4FF) SIM cards, as well as tri-cut and quad-cut SIM carriers that allow subscribers to select the correct form factor for their handset. Our SIM cards are compatible with all major mobile network platforms.

GSM, CDMA & LTE Support

Our SIM card platform supports GSM, CDMA, LTE and 5G network technologies. We work with leading chip suppliers including Infineon and STMicroelectronics to deliver SIM cards with the processing power, memory capacity and security features that modern mobile networks demand.

Each SIM card is personalized with the operator's IMSI, Ki, OTA keys and network parameters before delivery. We support both electrical and data personalization with full key management and security audit trails.

eSIM Technology

As the mobile industry transitions toward embedded SIM (eSIM) and remote SIM provisioning, Cardzgroup is investing in the capabilities to support this evolution. eSIM technology enables subscribers to switch operators without physically changing a SIM card, and is increasingly being adopted in smartphones, wearables and IoT devices.

We are developing eSIM production and provisioning capabilities to complement our existing physical SIM card manufacturing, ensuring our operator customers are equipped for both current and future subscriber management needs.

Telecom-Grade Quality

SIM cards must perform reliably across millions of authentication cycles and in harsh environmental conditions. Our quality assurance processes include incoming chip testing, post-personalization electrical verification, data integrity checks and accelerated ageing tests. Every batch is tested against ETSI and 3GPP standards before release.
