SIM Card Technology

2FF (Mini SIM)
25 x 15 mm
Standard SIM form factor used in older mobile devices, M2M modules, and industrial IoT equipment. Still widely deployed in legacy systems and developing markets.
3FF (Micro SIM)
15 x 12 mm
Compact SIM form factor adopted by smartphones from 2010 onward. Commonly used in tablets, GPS devices, and connected consumer electronics.
4FF (Nano SIM)
12.3 x 8.8 mm
The smallest removable SIM form factor, standard in all modern smartphones and tablets. Minimal plastic carrier with maximum chip area for enhanced functionality.
3-in-1 Multi-Cut SIM Carrier
Our standard SIM carrier is a credit-card-sized (1FF) plug-in card with pre-cut breakout points for 2FF, 3FF, and 4FF extraction. A single SKU supports all device types, simplifying inventory and logistics for telecom operators.
